One of Australia's leading hospitality groups are looking for Chef de Parties with demonstrated experience in one or more of the following cuisines:
- Mediterranean
- Western (Italian, open fire grill, and fine dining a plus)
- Asian with wok skills

Candidates must have a good standard of English. While not essential, the following experience would be a plus -
• If Hotel experience, an outlet in a hotel not just breakfast buffet (for example)
• Experience working in a bigger kitchen, but part of a small team in that kitchen.
• Interested in growing with the company i.e., ability to move interstate for new restaurant openings.
• Not from a fast food or café chain.
• Still hold specialised skills in high regard – grill, wok, pasta & pizza, and Mediterranean experience.
