General Job Duties
- Requisition according to the daily basic business, controls stock
- Controls and maintains all equipment handling with safety procedures and hygiene
- Keeps a standard of all recipes and ensures adherence to any menu/dishes in their outlet
- Maintains discipline and grooming in the kitchen
Required Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of food and beverage (kitchen) experience
- Experience in pre-opening preparation is not required but welcome
Monthly Salary
- 220,000円~300,000円
