- To assist the Captain & Supervisor in providing an efficient and courteous service of food and beverage to restaurant guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that standards of personal hygiene and appearance are an example for the team and demonstrate a professional image for our guests.
- To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
- To ensure that mise’en place’ levels are kept to standards.
- To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner.
- To assist the Captain& Supervisor in maintaining the station fully stocked, clean and tidy.
- Pick up the food according to order.
- To serve food and beverage according to restaurant standards and guest needs.
- To clear and reset tables.
- To wish “Fond Farewell” to all guests, encouraging repeat custo
- Vocational or Technical certificate or diploma in related field
- Minimum 1 – 3 years in similar position in international hotels
- Able to handle demanding workload
