               DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct pre-screen interviews with all candidates from levels OPS - SUP and interns
  • Prepare on-boarding documentation for newly-hired employees and assist them in the completion of the forms
  • Advertise all current job vacancies locally and on international websites, continuously
  • seeking the most cost effective way of recruiting new staff
  • Receive and distribute resumes to HODs  for interviewing
  • Follow-up with HODs  for the timely conduction of interviews and consensus meetings
  • if required
  • Follow-up on new recruits, GOPs, employment forms and other documentation for all
  • staff
  • Assist with filing within Human Resources
  • Create new staff files
  • Assist all HODs in the recruitment process and answer any questions
  • Collect and track all newspaper & online ads
  • Liaise with HRM on advertisements for contract renewals
  • Update recruitment notice boards to ensure all current openings are advertised
  • Maintain office cleanliness
  • Send & receive GOP documentation from applicants and prepare for submission to
  • Ministry of Labour
  • Maintain GOP database
  • Send out timely reminders to HODs for contract renewals, follow-up to ensure all
  • staff is able to renew their contracts at least 3 months in advance
  • Send recruitment forms to applicants
  • Maintain and update all recruitment forms on a regular basis
  • Follow-up on advertisements to ensure timely publication in local newspaper
  • Act as Human Resources receptionist by welcoming staff in the office and answering
  • the phone in accordance to our standards
  • Reconcile all Recruitment related invoices
  • Create arrival list of new employees and submit to Welfare Coordinator and Training
  • Coordinator
  • Seek & source new recruitment channels to ensure we are up-to-date with our
  • recruitment process

Candidate Requirements :

  • Certificate in Human Resource or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years professional experience as part of a resourcing team in a comparable capacity.
  • He or She will be highly motivated, have a passion for providing a luxury experience for all our staff, be solution oriented and be able to inspire creativity at all levels.
  • Competency in the use of an online recruitment system
  • Competency-based Interviewing Skills Certification
  • Strong English communication skills including a high level of impact and influence 
  • System and data analysis skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Demonstrate strong competency in Microsoft office and email platforms
  • Advanced experience of human resource information systems.
