Cosa comprende il lavoro
- is responsible for properly shipping, receiving product and supplies, process and distribute invoices on time
- organize the stock and monitor the stock levels in order to support the activities of the Restaurant Staff
- meet the product needs of the restaurant to maximize F&B distribution and maintain a clean working environment

Su di te
- Supervise the flow of goods between storage and the Restaurant, prepare and control arrangement of items
- Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, deliveries of products, articles, and supplies in a timely manner
- Receive and verify all deliveries of product and non-commercial goods to the Restaurant, ensuring that it is in good condition and corresponds the packing list
- Organize the product in the stockroom in accordance with company’s guidelines
- Keep the stockroom in order and clean
- Inform his/her Stock Manager/Supervisor on a regular basis about space available for new deliveries
- Verify damaged products
- Carry out physical stock checks on a periodic basis
- Conduct full physical stock takes on a periodic basis, recording the results in accordance with the company’s procedures
- Control and supervise transfers and all other operations in a timely manner and in accordance to the DG guidelines
- Participate to the store inventories
- Manage organization of stock in accordance with DG directives and procedures
- Check Quality Control, sorting and space optimization when requested
