The Job

  • Manage and supervise reservation department to maintain service standard
  • Monitor hotel daily room inventories to avoid overbooking or any other operations issues
  • Assist the Director of Reservations in improving guests satisfaction continuously and at the same time enhancing team members efficiency
  • Monitor guest service personnel constantly, ensuring guest satisfaction is being achieved through guest recognition and prompt cordial attention
  • Response proactively to guests’ queries and ensure their stays at the hotel are comfortable and unique
  • Responsible for the team being fully compliant with the Hotels’ Standards and Guidelines
  • Work closely with different parties to ensure group allocations and reservations are handled diligently and accurately
  • Support and motivate subordinates and maintain effective communications with other departments


The Person

  • A minimum of 5 years Reservations experiences in hotel sector with 3 years supervisory level experiences 
  • Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Opera PMS system
  • Passion and eagerness to aim high at service qualities
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese with good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent upselling skills
  • Possess the ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner and exhibit good judgment.
