The Banquet Captain supervises and oversees the service of banquet functions as assigned by the Assistant Banquet Manager or Banquet manager.
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of Food and Beverage serving experience and/or high volume banquet serving experience.
