About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.    

The Role of Director of Marketing:

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Director of Marketing to join our pre-opening Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be an integral member of the Hotel Leadership team that is collectively responsible for making key strategic and operational decisions for the hotel.

The Director of Marketing oversees all marketing activities with the support of teams including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations and Public Relations.  This leadership role focuses on all Sales, Marketing, and product development activities to ensure strategies yield maximum revenue per room occupied, and support brand clarity (DNA).

In collaboration with your General Manager, you will provide direction on pricing, revenue management, MarCom, Rooms sales strategy and tactics.  You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget process, analysing the property’s capabilities and identifying the direct sales, advertising and public relations programs to attract business, developing marketing programs, managing hotel presence and content across all communication channels, developing the Public Relations strategy, and crafting Social Media strategy and distribution outlets along with overseeing updates and execution in collaboration with your PR Director.

You will have a special talent for building, leading, coaching, training, and developing a strong team; ensuring our employees feel at home and receive the highest levels of support and care along with creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences.

Our Ideal Director of Marketing candidate will have:

Sales and marketing experience with strong revenue and budget management skills, exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence with your team and your stakeholders.

A strategist who understands the luxury market, customer, and travel preferences; the ability to think critically and evaluate best possible solutions and resources to implement priorities and manage multiple initiatives; have an exceptional eye for detail, and a creative flair; bringing your personal touch and energy to our hotel. 

Fluency in French and English is a must for this location, fluency in Arabic would be a plus, and you should have eligibility to work in Morocco.
