The Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a General Maintenance 2 - Overnight Kitchen Mechanic who have a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
We are looking for General Maintenance 2 - Overnight Kitchen Mechanic candidate that will report to the Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager. General Maintenance positions are responsible to provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including kitchen maintenance and HVAC, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Applicants will be a willing team player, comfortable with computer systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including kitchen maintenance and HVAC.
- Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Performs trade-related tasks, including, but not limited to carpentry, masonry, air conditioning and refrigeration, painting and wall covering, plumbing, electronics and electrical and mechanical work.
- Performs repair and maintenance tasks in support of quality standards to ensure an inviting and well-maintained facility.
- Makes necessary repairs in a timely and courteous manner, with the coordination of primarily accommodating guests or hotel needs.
- Assists General Maintenance I in special projects and various tasks.
- Guides and trains General Maintenance III and IV on various maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Hospitality Maintenance Experience Preferred
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Practical experience and the relevant certifications within a specific role, for example, HVAC (EPA), Certified Pool Operator.
- Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance and the ability to properly use maintenance equipment and tools.
- Knowledge and ability to operate computer equipment.
- Service Passion
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
