Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Student or recent graduate who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This position will give the Student exposure to our Residential operation by putting them right in the middle of the action! The ideal candidate needs a hard work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn more about the operations of our Resort.

Internship Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this Internship, an individual must meet the following criteria-

- Pursuing an undergraduate degree, or a recent graduate from a University

- Studying in the Hospitality, Business, or other related field highly preferred

- The intern is expected to display passion in all they do, and have an eager drive to fulfill a Career in the Hospitality sector

- Prior Hospitality experience preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate

-Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Additional Internship Responsibilities

- Attend Bi Weekly Intern Meetings

- Maintain a weekly journal of progress

- Attend assigned Management meetings

- Job Shadow in other departments, in order to get a larger scope of the Hospitality operation

- Work a flexible schedule, 30 - 40+ hours per week

- Explore the Jackson Hole area, and have the opportunity to build relationships with our staff, as well as other interns.

- Emerge in the Four Seasons culture by attending special events such as Town Hall, Service Awards, Holiday Parties, and more!

Responsibilities

- We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service!

- Assist with daily needs for Residence Club and Private Residence Owners

- Assist with owner and owner guest arrival details including room set up, reservations details, share details, etc.

- Assist with managing owner storage

- Assist with Owners request for concierge bookings (ie dinner reservations, outdoor activities, park tours etc)

- Manage residence inventory (kitchen items, furnishings, etc)

- Assist with residence walks and integrity checks

- Assist with the focus of Owner Recognition throughout the Resort

- Assist owners with Owner Reservation requests (time, bookings, moving dates, cancellations, etc)

- Help create an owner welcome experience

- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
