The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for a Revenue Manager to join their talented team!

Since 1955, the hotel has hosted memorable moments etched in history from dazzling red carpet events to celebrity galas and we want you to be a part of the team who combines the excitement and entertainment of Hollywood with the prestige of Beverly Hills.

This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square of feet of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in-room dining.

You would be responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining group and transient inventories to ensure the most effective balance between demand and availability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls including room accommodation and rate inventory controls, cut-off dates, blackout dates, analyzing demand, and managing sellout strategies.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, Marketing, and Reservation to maximize inventory and profitability
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies
  • Conducting demand analyses and provide critical analysis of strategies, statistics, and demand factors to ensure the most effective and efficient balance between demand and availability
  • Forecasting both short and long term within Hilton standards of accuracy
  • Review competitive pricing data, demand, convention, and city event calendars.
  • Maintain data on competitors and historical data on events and pace, and performance
  • Monitor and develop team member performance to include providing supervision, professional development, evaluations, and recognition and rewards
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members
  • Manage the department and participate in and facilitate meetings
