We are looking for an experienced  Sous Chef  to join our team! Our ideal candidate is hard working, detail orientated, able to stay on task, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Provide great hospitality every time by going above and beyond guest expectations
  • Help supervise kitchen staff
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs
  • Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer problems and concerns personally
  • Monitor and record inventory
  • Provide support to junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
  • Recruit and train new employees
  • Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
  • Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations


Work Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Flexible schedule; ability to work nights and weekends
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
  • Needs to be tech savvy and comfortable working with kitchen software
