Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing plan related goals:
o Back-office administration regarding all meeting & events taking place in our hotel. Contacting our clients, updating events in our PMS system, preparing future events…
o Back office administration regarding all reservation tasks. Updating reservations, checking individual & group reservations in our system.
Next to this all remaining time can go to;
o A coordinator who can support the Sales Specialist and Senior Sales Manager to map existing and new potential Key accounts MICE & Corporate Key account plans.
o A surprising coordinator who will be in charge of online visibility and content optimization, meaning updating photos and text online.
o An original coordinator who will prepare promotion mailings by creating simple, but SKOJ, designs and texts.
o A coordinator who will be motivated to do follow up on all other Sales & Marketing related projects administrative tasks such as quotations.
o A coordinator who will prepare rooming lists, menus, shuttle service bookings and other administrative related tasks concerning definitive blocks.
o A coordinator who will data extraction, updating and input from or in PMS
o A coordinator who will do competition checks by sending requests to other hotels for targeted periods.
o A coordinator who can welcoming guests during internal and external events from or in Holiday Inn Brussels Airport
