We are seeking a well-experienced Assistant Manager – Banquet Service who assists the Events and Meeting Facilities Manager with the daily operations of the Events Service Team.
This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a 5-star luxury hotel focused on a busy Events service operation. Your role is to support the Event Service Manager to successfully manage the department as an independent profit centre and ensure that the hotel is able to deliver memorable and extraordinary events.
You will provide strong leadership support to the team and ensure that administrative duties related to associates and daily reporting are completed accurately and on time. You will direct events associates through their daily routines and interact with guests, closely working with all hotel departments to ensure that all events offerings reflect our focus on quality and creativity delivered in grand style.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
- Practical 2 years' experience in F&B Events Service as Assistant Manager.
- Proficient in occupational health and safety standards, team management, report writing
- Strong leadership and service recovery skills
