Nous attendons de vous que vous soyez un acteur important de la cuisine, en collaboration étroite avec le chef adjoint et le chef Cédric Béchade.

Vous devez tenir et maitriser la tenue du  poste de pâtisserie , conduire un ou plusieurs pâtissier/e,

Etre force de proposition, professionnel et responsable.
