Create New French cuisine at this Refined California Restaurant! Ken Frank's signature restaurant is well recognized in the American culinary world! Train in Restaurants and Banquets as a Demi Chef before moving to Chef de Partie. La Toque is the winner of the Grand Award for wine selection and services, and is well recognized in the California culinary scene. Benefits: The host company will supply a custom chef coat, the trainee will provide appropriate pants and non-slip shoes A meal provided complimentary per shift worked The J1 will not accrue any personal time off or vacation during their program. 14 days of accommodations will be provided upon arrival. The host company will pick up J1 at the airport upon arrival.

$17.50/hr based on 32-40 hours. Overtime if over 40 hours.
