3+ years of brand marketing or consumer engagement/digital experience, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries

Profil
Digital Consumer Engagement Strategy and Programming
- Assist in the development and execution of the Dom Pérignon digital consumer engagement strategy for the U.S and ensure plans are in line with global and local strategies as well as the MHUSA 2030 vision
- Support the development and implementation of integrated consumer engagement programs including Paid Media, CRM, E-commerce, Social, Influencer Relations, etc.
- Partner with the CE Manager in the creation and development of the Dom Perignon digital ecosystem, creating a seamless consumer journey
- Assist with the management of goals and objectives for an implementation of the digital strategy
- Manage A&P budgets related to key programs
Media Campaign Management
- Manage the briefing process with internal team and agency partners
- Review and aggregate feedback on agency recommendations and partner proposals
- Facilitate campaign set up, managing asset development and ensuring on-time delivery, acting as day-to-day contact for partners and collaborating with the Maison on creative execution
- Build media summaries and collate reports to share with stakeholders
- Monitor campaign KPIs, tracking effectiveness to ensure reasonable ROI
E-commerce and CRM Management
- Partner with CE Manager, brand team and CRM/ E-commerce teams to build plans for the year; ensuring they align to key brand goals
- Collaborate with agency partners and Maison team on creative execution
- Track and monitor program success, ensuring that programs are optimized throughout the year
Organization
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships, internally and externally, across the brand and teams
- Maintain successful relationships with agency business partners and other third-party stakeholders to continually ensure their commitment to delivering brand objectives. Become a respected player within MHUSA and work closely with cross functional teams incl. Center of Excellence, Brand Teams, Regions, etc.
- Develop product expertise and a strong sense of market dynamics

- Strong presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision making
- Command of Luxury and/or Wine & Spirits industry (incl. three tier system) is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency – particular skills with PowerPoint and Excel
