Bulgari S.p.A., within the Human Resources department based in Rome, is looking for an HR Administration Specialist .

The selected person will act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver to support the organization in the HR administrative services: payroll administration, employee records management, social security, etc., ensuring a correct application of the legislation relating to the mandatory legal obligations concerning personnel administration.


Main accountabilities:

  • Support the Payroll team;
  • Collaborate with the team to manage fiscal and social security/social insurance obligations;
  • Support the administration and the maintenance of employee records ensuring that employee data is accurate and HR Information Systems are updated;
  • Manage the presence reports and tool, support the employees in the monthly compilation;
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data both for internal and external clients;
  • Provide advices to Employees on Labor Law, as well as on contracts, fiscal and social security/social insurance regulations.

Information additionnelle


  • Payroll system knowledge (preferably ZUCCHETTI)
  • Experience in the relationship with public and private social authorities
  • Proficient in Italian labor laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of employment contracts and other documents related to the Employees in compliance with local Laws, Policies and Procedures
  • Accounting principles and procedures
  • Knowledge of SAP HR module as a plus
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PPT

  • Degree in Economics, Human Resources or relevant fields
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, gained within international and complex organizations
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Results-oriented
  • Flexible and proactive
