POSITION OVERVIEW

Processes and audits all payroll processes for assigned brands, including time and attendance, payment processing, tax filing, finance reports and other payroll related disbursements. Interfaces with HR and Finance teams for assigned brands, as well as required vendors and service providers.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process payroll for assigned brands according to established schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to payroll policies and procedures. 
  • Import and export execution and validation from time and attendance systems.
  • Coordinate payroll workflow for validation of payments by Human Resources, in compliance with corporate auditing requirements.
  • Generate and distribute Finance and Accounting reports.
  • Respond to first level inquiries from brand Human Resources, Finance and/or Accounting groups.
  • Address and resolve tax filing inquiries for assigned brands, in conjunction with vendor and management.
  • Assist in compiling data for internal and external audits.
  • Review and reconcile quarterly tax edits
  • Participate in departmental projects as assigned, including but not limited to compiling reports for auditors, system table maintenance, training initiatives (internal/external) 
  • Conduct all other job-related activities.


Profil
  • Payroll processing experience with current payroll vendor
  • Knowledge of  U.S. Payroll compliance
  • Experience working with automated time and attendance systems
  • Strong Excel and Word skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment
