Position Title: Sales and Showroom Coordinator

Office Location: Miami, FL

Reports to: Sales Director, LATAM

Department: Sales

Job Status: Full time

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Sales and Showroom Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of maximizing customer experience in the showroom and guarantying the best service level for the sales force in the territory. The Sales and Showroom Coordinator will be responsible for the Samples in the showroom as well as, providing key data to support the team in the field, and assisting daily with customer requests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage samples from each brand to keep updated with the most recent releases removing “phase outs” on monthly basis.
  • Ensure customer accounts are up to date with payments and assist with collections.
  • Build and maintain communication with customers, logistics and customer service to provide day-to-day problem solving.
  • Ensure quick and successful solution to direct accounts and Distributor’s requests.
  • Support the planning & coordination of buying events and trunk shows for Key Account customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and cross-functional partners.
  • Coordinate date and times for convention meetings with customers.
  • Keep track of the Showroom meeting agenda with customers and orders for further analysis.
  • Support the Americas team with their needs while meeting with local customers.
  • Use company supported reports and tools to create customized business analysis to support the sales process.
  • Prepare and provide detail reports by customer to the sales team.
  • Assist sales team by analyzing comparative sales and average sales by sku report for all customer meetings.
  • Assist Sales Director in creating/updating topline information spreadsheets regarding monthly and quarter sales forecast and product analysis. 
  • Work closely with planning departments to manage new samples for the region and back orders.
  • Collect and condense total Sell out and orders into a single organized spreadsheet.
  • Manage office supplies and reorder as needed.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.


Profil

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar role and similar industry (eyewear, perfumes and cosmetics, watches and jewelry, beauty and cosmetics preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Bi-lingual; Fluent in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office, advanced Excel.
  • Highly motivated individual with strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results.
  • Exceptional communication skills (presentation/verbal/written).
  • Must be proactive in approaching direct customers and distributors to organize sales meetings.
  • Detail Oriented, quick learner with strategic planning and scheduling skills.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker and strong in time management.

Environment

The company has an open floor layout that encourages team members to engage and inspire one another. Position may require late hours during month end closing. All employees must have the ability to travel domestic or international for the needs of the business.
