We are looking for a dynamic team manager to grow and lead a team of Digital Private Client Advisors based in Client Services Centre in Brussels. In this role and reporting to the Digital Client Development Manager Europe, you will be responsible for driving the performance of the team, liaise with each Regional Head Office in the EMEA zone to identify commercial opportunities maximize client engagement and foster a business strategy of sophistication. You will also support the Digital Client Development Manager in the implementation of the omnichannel clienteling strategy in the region and be a top-of-class Ambassador of the CSC.

In this role, your tasks and impact will revolve around the following:

  • Manage, coach and develop the PCA team, instilling core brand values, and service standards together with an ethos of achieving sales target through exceptional service.
  • Foster a team dynamic and culture that is KPI and results-driven, extra-mile by essence and fully at ease with constant change and challenge
  • Together with the Training team, design and maximize the impact of on-going program of activities to meet the needs of the team to support the client retention strategy.
  • Shape the team so they develop their assigned client portfolio through a tangible entrepreneurial mindset, but also are stimulated to overachieve the expectations and ultimately takes pride in personalizing client's experience.
  • Optimize the potential of clients relationships with PCAs to increase the frequency of shopping,  and achieve loyalty with existing and potential high value customers in EMEA.


To qualify for the role, you bring the following skills and personalities traits:

  • 10 years of retail experience, 3 years at managerial level is essential
  • Sales-driven with strong financial acumen, you dare to bring ideas and make them happen
  • A genuine and inspiring leadership style, as well as confidence to make decisions under pressure
  • Client centric with impeccable service skills, you know how to spot, develop, and retain clients inside the existing.
  • A proven track record of sales success and implementing client experience initiatives, together with a thorough understanding of the luxury consumer.
  • the best Ambassador possible for Louis Vuitton, enjoying building network outside the company.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork, and a flexible working style is essential, together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
