YOUR DUTIES

• Responsible for the smooth operation of In Room Dining and events
  
  
• Representation of the In Room Dining & Banquets Manager
  
  
• Contact person for guest requests or complaints
  
  
• Control of the mise en place for the daily business
  
  
• Ensuring compliance with all Mandarin Oriental and HACCP standards
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in a similar work environment, preferred as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
  
  
• leadership and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Structured and organized way of working
  
  
• Ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
  
  
• Very good communication skills in German and English
