JOB SUMMARY
To be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls for internally, external and in-house guests; all aspects of guest care internally during stay and communicate with all relevant departments. She/he also needs to continually improve her/his skills through training and practice. She/he is a member of Evacuation Team.
OBJECTIVES
-
- Acts promptly and professionally on guest requests.
- Abides strictly to the established operating procedures.
- Ensures the privacy of our guests and families as well as respect various cultures.
- Communicate with all departments in the hotel, most frequently with Butlers, Front Desk, Concierge and Housekeeping.
- Maintains an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guests.
- Ensures highest possible guest satisfaction, bearing in mind the importance of telephone communication to the business guests.
- Answers calls promptly and politely with the proper greeting procedure as per the standard procedure.
- Listens to the caller attentively and carefully before connecting it to an extension or a room number.
