Supervises Front Office staff with their duties
Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner
Provide guests with a quality room orientation
Perform professional lobby patrol duties
Ensure room assignment is in line with guest's request
Maintain the Reception information folder with up-to-date information
Review duty rosters on daily basis
Provide quality service, with colleagues, to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously at all time
University graduate with Hotel Management degree
Minimum 3 years working experience in Front Office, preferably with at least 1 year experience in Supervisory role
Good communication in both Chinese and English
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer and administrative skills
Dynamic and energetic
