It is the mission and intent of this position that the HR Coordinator will assist in the fundamental organization and development of systems within the HR department. This position will create all forms, scheduling systems, correspondence venues and devise accurate internal HR procedures for addressing daily requests.
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for providing information, assisting in the daily operation of the HR department as well as the maintenance of all Colleague personnel records. The administrative requirements of this position will include but are not limited to the coordination of training, Colleague Relations, and general office projects under the direction of the Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources. Incumbent must have excellent multi-tasking ability; communication skills, computer skills, and telephone etiquette skills. He or she is responsible for championing MOHG’s high standards and pillars and must conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management Degree desired, Spanish preferred.
The Human Resources Coordinator will report directly to the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
