The Pool Concierge will oversee the pool area by maintaining high standards and offering an unforgettable experience to our guests.

Duties & Responsibilities

Greet each guest in a courteous manner always with a smile
Courteously interact and answer pool area and hotel related questions with guests
Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the pool
Monitor and maintain the chemical levels in the pool
Clean the pool area outside of operating hours
Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar and pool area, following all set-up guidelines (towels, sunbeds, amenities etc.)
Proactively offer assistance to all spa guests when necessary
Attend daily, weekly and monthly spa and F&B meetings
Follow all Standards and Procedures of the Spa Department in order to maintain a safe environment for guests and to ensure a high standard of service
Support company’s philosophy and culture through our Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission

Requirements:

Previous experiences in the luxury hospitality
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and in English language. Every other language knowledge is a plus
Welcoming and warm personality. Able to engage easily and actively connect with others
Attention to detail
Willing to work on a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks
Ability to work together as a team
Knowledge of specific spa and F&B industry applications is desirable
