Data input into the system and preparation of various reports
Prepare daily on-books reports
Prepare reservations made the day before for the Reservation Manager
Prepare on day cancellation report
Prepare cancellation report for the next days
Prepare reservation changes report for the day before
Retrieve previous correspondence
File updated correspondence
Follow up trace report daily
Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time
