Front Office Intern

ME Milan Il Duca is looking for a Front Office Intern to join our Front Office Department. We are looking for a passionate candidate who has good interpersonal and organizational skills and believes to have the propensity for relationships with customers.

Main responsabilities:
- Support the Front Office Manager and Team in in carrying out daily tasks
- Welcome guests
- Check-in and check-out
- Front and back office operations related to the customer's stay
- Guest expense control

Requirements:
- Fluent command of English and Italian, Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work in team to achieve goals
- Customer orientation
