Job Description

The Assistant Manager - Performance & Rewards will administer Minor Food Total Rewards programs including communication, enrollment, and reporting of compensation, benefits, incentive and other rewards. In addition, the incumbent will do market research and data analysis to ensure Minor Food Rewards programs are aligned with the Company’s strategy, objectives and culture. Moreover, this position will monitor and support on performance management system including goal setting, performance conversation and performance appraisal.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Monitor effectiveness of existing Rewards policies, guidelines and processes
  • Consolidate internal data and practices to propose recommendations for standardization and enhancement.
  • Assist in the development of Total Rewards policies based on market research and new trends
  • Manage the annual compensation cycle including annual salary review and bonus payments
  • Monitor the enrollment of Minor Food compensations and benefits programs
  • Support on annual salary survey to ensure timely and accurate data submission
  • Create communication and training materials to enhance understanding of Total Rewards programs for key stakeholders
  • Support Minor People Support team for trouble shooting for benefits administration
  • Plan, execute and monitor performance management practices including goal setting, performance conversation, performance review
  • Generate and monitor report including manpower report, personnel cost report, etc. 



Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with experienced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment. Be able to providing timely internal customer services.
  • Work collaboratively with others with the ability to share knowledge and information
  • Experience of working on own initiative and completing projects end to end
  • Prior experience in C&B or analytical roles would be an advantage
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economy, Political Science, Psychology
