As a Night Manager you will be responsible to oversee the night-hour supervision of the Front Stage team to ensure that team members are prepared and well informed to deliver our guests an exceptional experience from welcoming to goodbye.
Be the representative of the hotel management in resolving any guest or property related situation during the night.
Responsibilities
-To give full co-operation to any Cast requiring assistance in a prompt caring and helpful manner and to be flexible in assisting around the hotel in response to business and guests needs
-To display a professional, caring and anticipative attitude and approach to your work colleagues and guests at all times.
-Manage, record, and resolve all Guest complaints promptly and effectively
be up to date with all hotel products, services, policies and emergency procedure
-Leads from the front with integrity to build trust
