-Balance delivery of the RED masterplan with a focus on guest experience and achieving commercial results for Stakeholders
-Take pride in what you do, be hands on, lending support ensuring that what needs to be done is done well
-Inspire Creatives and Lead Creatives to be the best they can be, to grow from their experience, developing their own skills for future success
-Be creative, working with others and willing to do things differently to deliver the goals and targets that we have set ourselves
