We are currently recruiting for a Sommelier to join our team at Ristorante FRE. This role is the perfect opportunity for a young and passionate Sommelier to progress and expand his/her skills and knowledge. Ristorante FRE is a beautiful restaurant in Monforte d’Alba, surrounded by vineyards within Réva Resort. The menu, signed by the famous French Chef Yannick Allenò, focuses on local products with a French influence. The wine list is a classic contemporary selection of worldwide wines, with a particular attention for wines which characterise the famous territory of Langhe.
- € 1.400,00-1.600,00 monthly net to start
- Possibility of staying in the nearby Staff House

The right candidate would:
Worked as Sommelier, for a minimum of 2 years and have a desire to progress
Has the ability to adapt, change and learn quickly on the job
Has an advanced knowledge of wine, mixology and food
Has an enthusiastic and energetic approach to the role you have applied for
Show initiative to take on new challenges and solve problems as they arise
Be happy to work as part of a team, whilst being able to work independently when required.
