MAIN PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to provide full spectrum of Human Resources Services to the Regional Richemont Functions across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, and Vietnam.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Talent Acquisition
    • Process all end-to-end recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
    • Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication
    • Partner with TA Team and HR Manager in the execution of recruitment for the functions and brainstorm on the various options in building talent pipeline for key positions
    • Active participation and involvement in Employer Branding activities at function level


  1. HR Operations
    • Collaborate with HR Operations team on all On-off boarding matters
    • Co-ordinate with payroll team to ensure a smooth and efficient payroll operations (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates’ compensation, special payments)
    • Monitor and alert the Human Resources Manager of any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
  2. Employee Relations
    • Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
    • Conduct exit and grievance interviews with all respective departments/staffs
    • Assist in handling all local labour tribunal cases
    • Perform proximity engagement with the employees with sense of urgency to detect any complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the Human Resources Manager/ Director
  3. Talent Management & Development
    • Support the talent management agenda (from identification to write up of individual development plan)
    • Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training development needs based on the Group philosophy
    • Interface with L&D Team for the implementation of HQ/ APAC training or training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate
  4. Employee Engagement & projects
    • Plan, propose and execute annual engagement activities (i.e. Team Building) for the functions
    • Collaborate with HR Operations team in Company-wide employee initiatives
    • Assist the Human Resources Manager/ Director in Global/ APAC/ Region HR Projects (i.e. Digital, People Experience Survey etc.)


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

    • Min Degree in Business/ Management or equivalent
    • At least 5-6 years HR experience with sizeable multi-national companies
    • Exposure to HR processes and practices with well-versed in Employment & Labour Regulations
    • Experience in managing HR projects and execution
    • Good spoken / written English is essential
