Cartier – Boutique Manager, Harrods

How will the successful candidate make an impact? 

  • Strategize on business opportunities in an omni-channel environments to maximise sales 
  • Strategize on, program and curate exceptional experiences to connect with & engage the boutique audience 
  • Communicates and motivates the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the Maison and their group and individual implication
  • Sets individual objectives, evaluates the individual performance, identifies potentials within the team and defines IDP accordingly
  • Makes a diagnosis based on a solid performance analysis, review of competencies and environment and defines dynamic annual action plans to achieve Maison, boutique and category sales targets
  • Guides the team to deliver a unique and high professional client service within the boutique
  • Acts as an Ambassador of the Maison and builds direct contact with VIPs
  • Is responsible for the respect of all brand and Maison policies, procedures and guidelines, in coordination with the Harrods procedures

  • Guiding your team, you will inspire them with your ability to federate, your focus on service, your commercial acumen and strategic view
  • Harrods is a fast paced environment, therefore ability to think outside the box, organization skills and versatility are key
  • You will be a master in selling ceremony and fine jewellery, fine watches, high jewellery product knowledge
