Job Description

• To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all MEP system available at the premises
• Maintains all lighting throughout hotel
• To maintain all HVAC units.
• To maintain all motor, belts, bearings, etc.
• To maintain all shop tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
• Do all necessary welding as required.
• Do all work orders pertain to the hotel.
• Answer all calls and does repairs, if unable to do repairs, must notify the duty engineer of the problem.
• Perform chemical test for boilers, chillers, swimming pool, etc.
• Is part of the fire response team, also on standby in the event of any emergencies.
• Does preventative maintenance as schedule by engineering coordinator/ Duty engineer.
• Maintain adequate stock of parts/materials in the maintenance shop.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Graduation
• Trade Certificate or a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands on experience in area of expertise or a degree holder who is a fresher
• Good reading and oral proficiency in English language
