Ensure delivery of the brand promise and provide exceptional service to customers at all times.
Provides excellent service to internal customers of other departments as appropriate.
Handles all complaints and queries from internal customers and guests in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintains positive interaction with customers and colleagues and good working relationships.
Establishes a good rapport with customers and maintains good customer relations.
Constantly strives to satisfy all customers who come to the establishment.
Continuous updating of profiles in the booking system.
Responsible for taking guest bookings
Responsible for developing and maintaining guest profiles.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORKING EXPERIENCE
6 to 12 months in Hotel Food and Beverage operations.
Familiarization with Forbes standards is preferred
Fluent spoken and written in English and Spanish.
High School Diploma
Fully able to operate with Restaurant Reservation systems, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
