We are hiring Sous Chef - Arabic Cuisine

As Sous Chef - Arabic Cuisine, We rely on you to：

• Supervises the daily operation of the kitchen in the areas of his/her responsibilities
  
  
• Support daily menu planning and design for Arabic cuisine
  
  
• Ensure that the highest quality of food is always provided
  
  
• Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef on daily operation
  
  
• Maintain and implement the highest hygiene standards
  
  
• Controls the food production according to projected covers and food cost
  
  
• Trains and develops his culinary team members in Arabic food art and production
  
  
• Supports the regional hotels in the areas of menu production, training, and special events
  
  

We are looking for someone who:

• Has minimum 2 years' experience in 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
• Has Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts
• Specializes in Arabic cuisine
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English
• Can work with a multinational team
• Is a solution-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environmen
