As the HR Business Partner, your primary responsibilities will include:
Partnering the Chief Sales Officer to develop and execute an annual People plan to engage, develop and retain top talent
Providing strategic, operational HR advice and coaching to the management team
Using business and people metrics to identify requirements, issues and trends
Key contributor as part of the HR leadership team, in strategy planning and delivery of key projects
Learning & Development - Partner with the L&D team to develop and deliver programs to develop talent, career and capability and leadership skills
Performance Management - Support and reinforce implementation of performance management processes in region
Employee Relations - Proactively manage all employee relations issues
Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant legislative requirements relating to the employment and management of people within the region
HR Policy & Process - Maintain global HR policies, handbook and procedures for the region in line with local legislation and changes
Adhere to all operational HR processes to ensure compliance with audit requirements
Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting and financials related to people costs and targets
The ideal candidate will possess: At least 10 years experience in a Senior HR role, driving and executing strategic people planning to drive high performance and employee engagement
Experience developing and implementing HR strategy across a global team
Confident constructively challenging diverse stakeholders
An enthusiastic team player with excellent self-management and interpersonal skills, and a strong drive to move the business forward
Thrive in ambiguous and high growth environments, and able to engage and drive value proactively
Bias for action, strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence
Intermediate to Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
