MISSÃO GERAL:
Assegura a preparação e aprovisionamento do bar. Prepara e serve os pedidos, criando animação e estabelecendo um relacionamento com o cliente.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Acolher o cliente.
- Garantir a qualidade do serviço e dos produtos.
- Gerir a faturação.
- Zelar pela limpeza do seu local de trabalho.
- Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança e de higiene.
- Zelar pelo cumprimento da legislação aplicável à venda de bebidas (protecção de menores, etc...).
Work Experience
- Conhecimento das bebidas alcoólicas e da respectiva legislação.
- Espírito comercial.
- Espírito de acolhimento e de contacto.
- Destreza manual.
- Domínio da língua do país.
- Inglês profissional. Fator preferencial: conhecimento de uma terceira língua.
- Sentido de antecipação.
- Comunicativo, bom animador.
- Boa cultura geral.
