The Site...

White City House has recently opened at the old BBC headquarters in West London. The House has three floors of club space, rooftop pool, two cinemas, a screening room, 24,000 sq ft gym and 45 bedrooms within the building’s original Grade-II listed central ring.

The Role…

We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Front of House Supervisor to join our hotel team at White City House. Duties will include but not limited to:

• Assist the Front of House Managers in the training and development of all team members.
• Cover the Night Manager shifts during their annual leave periods.
• Assist the Front of House managers in departmental rotas
• Ensure the highest levels of customer service is being delivered to our guests and members.

We are seeking candidates that have had previous experience in similar roles in fast-paced hospitality environments as a hotel receptionist. Previous experience with Opera or another PMS system is preferred, although full training will be provided.

Only those hotel reception supervisors eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the hotel reception supervisor role.
