Prodigious California Restaurant seeking Chef de Partie! Join this restaurant with a talented, Award Winning Chef, celebrated restaurateur, and Emmy winner. Spectacular opportunity for a willing Cook! You won't be disappointed with training at the flagship restaurant of Wolfgang Puck in the USA. The restaurant focus' on iconic, market driven menus and exceptional service.
The Employer will provide you with a uniform to include, a chef's jacket, pants and hat. You can bring additional black pants, non-slip black shoes, and your own knives. The restaurant is a 24 hours per day operation. Normal Business hours vary per day and it's open 365 days a year with a few U.S. holidays which they are closed.
**No housing is provided. You must secure your own accomodations prior to your arrival.
Must have Michelin experience.
