Cosa comprende il lavoro
- Receives ordered products and merchandise from the different suppliers
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to restaurant on time
- Physically check on the quantity and quality of each product received, comparing the quantity and specification of the product
- Stores products properly in the allocated places
- Administers a comprehensive inventory count on all products once every month and a full count at the end of each fiscal year
