Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Pre-Joining formalities, documentation for on-boarding, ID Cards, Bank Account formalities,  and employee code generation

2. Attendance and Payroll Management

 

3. Manage Employee life cycle documentation, probation appraisals, exit formalities

4. Taking care of Communication to Internal customer from HR, from time to time and related initiative like employee townhall

 

5. Manage Welfare and benefits administration. Coordinate for lockers management, Cafeteria management

6. Statutory documentation and timely submissions

 

7. Contractual compliance coordination as per process

 

8. Drive employee engagement and Reward & Recognition activities as per schedule

 

9. Collation of miscellaneous MIS

 

Essential Skills and Knowledge:
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR. Hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent Communication skills and presentation skills
MBA shall be preferred

Knowledge of Microsoft applications must
