- To attend morning briefing on time, in proper and complete uniform.
- To check and assure that all the allocated treatment rooms are ready by 9:00 o’clock with proper amenities and decorations.
- Ensure to have the required products available at all the times, product stocks re-ordering must be informed according to item validities and consumptions, to keep record of receiving and disposing items.
- To provide assistance for training all the new staff & those who are not up to the standard.
- To provide assistance, to organize & to refresh practical training with the presence of all therapists once every week.
- Ensure to ascertain if the guest had any previous injuries that should be known about. (If applicable)
- Should be able to give an explanation as to benefits of the treatment to staff & customers.
- Must respect the guest’s privacy at all times.
- To help on promotions of spa services being offered in a discreet manner.
- Ensure that beverage will be offered upon completion of treatment.
- Make sure to clean treatment room as soon as after each treatment done, assure all the amenities are readily available. If you don’t have enough time get help from spa attendant.
- To remind colleagues of any deviations from normal procedures.
- Ensures that any suggestion or complaint from guest or staff should be reported to the supervisor immediately, never delay any decisions especially on guest concerns.
- In addition to the above, carryout any other work assigned by your supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications
- Certification from an accredited school of Massage and Aesthetics required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Spa treatment required skills:- Beauty Therapy Specialist, body Massage, Facial (nail treatment is an advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the same position in a luxury hotel or resort.
