Cosa comprende il lavoro
-Monitors all contractual agreements pertaining to group room blocks and any special concessions involving rooms.
- Coordinates and executes group reservation assignments for the Groups & Conventions team.
- Handles all reservations aspects of a group. Room block monitoring, rooming lists, reporting pick up, VIP and upgraded accommodations, client communication relating to rooms reservations.
- Cross checking in order to verify that the information about the group is correct.
- Create and send Visa letters and Confirmation letters.
- E-mail correspondence with Coventions team as well as Meeting Planners.
- Team player and flexible to assist with other tasks within the Conventions Department as needed per operations.
- Attend daily Morning Meeting.
- Attend weekly Convention Services Meeting.
