About The Role

This position will serve in the front-line of the sales process. This client-facing role will assist in driving revenue growth by filling the top-of-funnel sales pipeline with qualified leads. This individual will be responsible for working within a Sales Development team, sitting within the wider Inside Sales team, to achieve both personal and team sales goals for their assigned Territory or Region.

As a successful Sales Development Representative you will be expected to:

  • Nurture, develop, and handoff leads that result in qualified opportunities to the Sales team
  • Own a territory and be responsible for driving qualified tours and handoffs to accelerate sales performance
  • Own the sales process: contact identification, lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
  • Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data
  • Execute strategy and process implemented by Inside Sales Leadership
  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects
  • Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience
     


Experience And Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 6 months of professional experience in sales or related industry
  • Experience in working and thriving in a fast paced environment
  • Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing are helpful
  • Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM – Salesforce experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing and handing off sales
  • Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Fluent verbal and written English, and a second language of written and verbal (Vietnamese is an added advantage to support Vietnam market that speak Vietnamese dominantly)
  • Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skill
     


We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and who do not require VISA sponsorship from WeWork.
