Hello I'm Cristina , a first year student at American Hotel Academy , Brasov on a hopsitality/ hotel management based profile .
I am about to join the hospitality industry because I consider that the guest's needs and happiness is the most important factor that one should know while working in this field .I am a very costumer based person ,focused on details and a good listener. My eagerness upon learning is beyond limits , i want the challenges that come along on this road I'm taking to be a good lesson for a longer run .

People like spoilage so the most important factor a manager should know is to keep it's guest happy because they are the ones that help in maintaining the image .So put up a smile and say yes to whoever asks for your help . Have patience and great things shall come your way .
