A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT ALOFT HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the F&B Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.

- Providing excellent customer service to all guests staying and dining in the hotel.

- Serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and preparing high quality Drinks to guests.

- Processing payments accurately throughout your shift.

- Ensure all F&B areas are kept clean and tidy.

- Supporting other departments when required.

To succeed in the role of Food & Beverage Team Member you will need the following qualities and skills.

- Have a positive can do attitude.

- Ideally have experience working in a customer focused environment.
