The General Maintenance technician has a responsibility to be knowledge of basic equipment maintenance/service, such as controllers, hydraulics, grinding reels, capability of repairing systems and any other maintenance procedures. Electrical and plumbing background. Skilled with 110 / 220 / 277 volt. Familiar with preventative maintenance on Air Handling Units. Industrial kitchen machinery, Laundry equipment, R.O plant and Boilers. 

Must have active CPO card.
