We are looking for a Reservation Clerk

As a Reservation Clerk, we rely on you to

• Accept online and offline customers' booking needs for the hotel, and properly solve them.
• Answer customers' inquiries about hotel and other product information, answer them and make relevant records.
• Be familiar with room booking procedures and provide guests with the latest and most accurate room status information.

We are looking for someone who:

• Have a warm working attitude, a certain ability to work under pressure, with good executive ability and team spirit;
• Have certain communication skills, clear speech, cheerful and confident, strong language expression skills and interpersonal communication skills;
• Standard Mandarin, polite conversation, sweet voice;
• Proficient in basic office software operation, proficient in Chinese and English typing.
